North Essendon Board Cycle Track

Note: I believe the dates listed on this photograph are not correct.
There is a reference in the Essendon Gazette of 21 September 1939 that states that the Broadmeadows Council granted permission for the track and stands to be erected in this area - relocated from "Exhibition Oval" - and about the resident's opposition to the track.
