 William Smith House Doutta Galla. Probably the now demolished cottage at the rear of "Lebanon" house in Wendora St. Smith owned a narrow strip of of land south of Peck Ave. but lost the property to William Fletcher who sold 40 acres to J.M. Peck soon after Fletcher converted title to Torrens in 1881. (E.C.S. BAFH map on p.21.)
